PRODUCT VISUALIZATION / CASE STUDY
Choreography of Stillness
Created in 2022, this short CGI piece places the Albu chair by TON Chairs inside an abstract, almost museum-like space. The chair is the only colored object in the composition and remains completely still, while a monumental kinetic sculpture assembled from repeated chair backrests moves above it in a slow, hypnotic choreography. The entire film is built around that contrast between a fixed protagonist and a constantly shifting field of motion. The work was created entirely through conventional CGI and animation workflows, with no generative-AI involvement.
A static protagonist beneath a moving field
Color establishes the Albu chair as the protagonist immediately. It never moves. Above it, a suspended kinetic structure continuously changes shape, turning the scene into a study of stillness, repetition and motion rather than a conventional product presentation.
